Arkadiusz Rudzki

Leasing and Asset Director, Skanska

Arkadiusz Rudzki is Leasing and Asset Director at Skanska Property Poland. Arkadiusz has 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Skanska, he worked among others for Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., International Investment Group and private equity funds.
Formerly he held a position of Head of Commercial Agency at Knight Frank, where he was tasked with developing the department of office space lease, as well as asset management services for portfolio clients.

Mariusz Krzak

Regional Director for Region South

Since March 2014, Mariusz Krzak has been Regional Director for Region South in Skanska Property Poland. He is responsible for the development of office building investments and the unit’s business strategies in Krakow, Wroclaw and Katowice.

Mariusz Krzak joined the company in 2010. He has been operating mainly in Southern Poland, where he was Project Manager of Kapelanka 42 in Krakow as well as Dominikanski and Green Day in Wroclaw.

Before joining Skanska, he worked in the development-construction sector for 16 years.

Mariusz graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology and Wroclaw Academy of Economics; he also completed a management course in the Canadian Institute of Management in Warsaw.

Karol Klin

Regional Leasing Manager, Skanska

Karol Klin is Regional Leasing Manager at Skanska Property Poland. He is responsible for coordination of leasing transactions in Warsaw, Poznań and Łódź (region North). Prior to joining Skanska’s team, Karol was Commercial Director at GTC S.A. Before that he used to work for advisory companies like CBRE and JLL – where he holds position of Head of Department (CBRE) and Senior Consultant in JLL.

Marek Stasieńko

Regional Leasing Manager, Skanska

Marek Stasieńko is Regional Leasing Manager and assumes leadership of the team in southern Poland, where Skanska Property Poland has currently three office projects in progress (in Katowice, Krakow and Wroclaw). He is experienced in negotiations of the lease agreement with business services sector. In Skanska he is an expert in the sector’s needs for office space.

Łukasz Kwieciński

Asset Manager

Łukasz Kwieciński is connected with real estate industry since 2006.
He joined Skanska Property Poland in 2008 as a Leasing Negotiator.
Starting in 2012, as Regional Asset Coordinator (RAC), was responsible of the support of tenants after signing their leasing agreements. From August 2014, Łukasz serves as Asset Manager and manages team of Asset and Facility Management, operating in the entire Poland.

Magdalena Holak

Senior Leasing Negotiator

Magdalena Holak has almost 10 year experience in Skanska Property Poland. She is a Key Client Leader – she keeps strong relations with our long-term partners and cooperates with big corporate clients. Magda is a Leasing Negotiator responsible for Wrocław real estate market.

Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska

Senior Leasing Negotiator

Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska is connected with real estate industry since 1998. She joined Skanska Property Poland leasing team in 2000. As Senior Leasing Negotiator she is responsible for leasing office space in Warsaw and Poznań.

Monika Tkacz

Leasing Negotiator

Monika Tkacz is a Leasing Negotiator, who is responsible for leasing the office space in Kraków. She has almost 15 years of background and experience in real estate. Prior to joining Skanska, Monika was working as a Senior Leasing Negotiator in Knight Frank.

Igor Yankilevich

Leasing Negotiator

Igor Yankilevich joined Skanska Property Poland in September 2014. Prior to that he worked for 6 years in Cushman & Wakefield, in tenant representation department of regional cities. In Skanska, as Leasing negotiator, he is responsible for Łódź and Katowice.

Aleksandra Kalina

Leasing Assistant

Aleksandra Kalina works in Leasing and Asset Management Team. She is responsible for leasing retail space in Krakow, Katowice and Wroclaw. She also supports the leasing of office space in the Dominikański project in Wroclaw.
