Justyna Drabik

Senior Project Manager

Justyna has been working at TEST for over 10 years. She is the Head of TEST Executive Search team with unique experience in successful management of over a 120 of SSC / BPO top management searches for South / West Poland based centers in F&A, IT, HR, customer service and procurement.

Magdalena Radwan

HR Project Manager

Magda is the HR Project Manager with many years of experience in recruitment projects for all level positions. For over 8 years she has successfully conducted plenty of recruitment campaigns for established and emergent SSC and PBO centers. She is an expert in Assessment/Development Center methodology.

Anna Rodo

Marketing and Administration Manager

Anna has been working at TEST for over 5 years. She graduated from the Kraków University of Economics, Faculty of International Relations. She is responsible for marketing, advertising and relations with media partners. For now she also coordinates “HR in Business and IT Service Centres”, countrywide conference for people involved in HR management in SSC/BPO/ITO sector.

Martyna Wielgus

Marketing & PR Specialist

Martyna is a graduate of Journalism and Social Communication at Jagielonian University. During almost 2 years of work at TEST, she has been responsible for media relations, marketing and advertising. For now she also coordinates “HR in Business and IT Service Centres”, countrywide conference for people involved in HR management in SSC/BPO/ITO sector.

Kinga Rutkowska

Project Manager

Kinga has been working at TEST for over 10 years. She specializes in projects implemented for SSC/BPO and the production sector. She has a broad knowledge of Shared Services Centres (SSC/BPO) in Poland. She has been coordinating the recruitment campaign for the Lufthansa Global Business Services. Within recruitment projects implemented for companies from the production sector, she has employed several dozen people for managerial and specialist positions. She also has experience in consulting projects.

Monika Bańcarz

Project Manager

Monika has been working at TEST for over 5 years. She deals with professional recruitment processes for all ranks of positions using various methods of candidate acquisition. She has broad experience in recruitment projects, both for managerial and specialist positions. She implements projects for Polish and foreign companies. She designs and coordinates recruitment campaigns for production plants, mostly form the aviation sector, and service centres.

Aleksandra Mazaraki

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Aleksandra has been working as Senior Recruitment Consultant over 4 years now in AG TEST HR (Cracow). She has been taking care of Clients in SSC/ BPO sector and IT software development centres in Malopolska region. Previous 2 year were for her a great challenge of helping start-ups (70 FTEs for start) and co-working with new investors in Cracow. Most of projects She has been providing was related to IT (Developers, Testers, Infrastructure Specialists, Team Leaders and Managers) and accountancy/ financial profiles (Accountants in various areas typical for SSC – GL, AP, AR, Treasury, PT, AA).

Joanna Mandel

Since joining TEST I have helped nearly one hundred companies in adjusting their salary budgets to fit the dynamics of the market. As part of the investor relations team, within the last year I have been supporting a dozen corporations during location scouting & start-up of their SSC/BPO centers, providing them with expert knowledge on salaries & benefits policies in Kraków - currently number one location for business services in Europe (Tholons 2015 ranking). My professional experience is combined with academic background in Organisational Psychology. I am also an enthusiast of gamification in business.
