Monika graduated from the University of Economics in Kraków with specialisation in Real Estate and Investment, and has 15 years experience in commercial real estate. She joined Knight Frank in December 1999 and heads the Kraków branch, directly overseeing commercial agency activities in Kraków and Katowice. Monika has also taken responsibility for the Wrocław offices in the past.

She is responsible for the process of operational cooperation with investment funds and tenants within the scope of lease agreement negotiations and renegotiations. Monika is also an experienced advisor in architectural design of office buildings as well as in property sales processes.

She is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RISC) and a licensed real estate broker (license no 3935).

Izabela graduated from the Technical University of Gdańsk and has 14 years’ experience in commercial real estate. She joined Knight Frank in October 2010.

She directly oversees commercial agency activities in Warsaw, Poznań and Trójmiasto. She is also responsible for the process of operational cooperation with investment funds (DEKA, SEB, RCM, AZORA, UNION INVESTMENT) and tenants within the scope of lease agreement negotiations and renegotiations. She also holds property management license no 19998.

Aleksandra is a graduate of the University of Economics in Kraków with specialisation in Real Estate Management and postgraduate studies in Public Procurement at the Silesian University of Technology. She is currently completing a PhD on the investment process and the possibilities of using the sphere of real estate for economic growth.

Aleksandra joined Knight Frank in November 2013 and is responsible for tenant’s and building’s representation in Kraków. She previously worked in the Real Estate Department of ING Bank Śląski.
